Strangers who touch your life by Gods word!

By: Shaila Touchton | April 04, 2017 Sometimes God puts people in our path for a purpose. Most of the time we might come across few people who touch our life for good. God also gets our attention through the wisdom of others. God speaks to us in many many ways he chooses because he wants us to fulfil the plan and purpose he has for our life. For example He can choose to speak through his word, through the Holy Spirit, through dreams and vision, through unusual blessings, through thoughts, through Conscience, through emotions, through nature, through Signs and Wonders, through difficult and pain situations, through Prophecy or through friends, loved ones or through strangers who touch our lives either to give words of hope and encouragement or for some divine purpose. When our lives are really, really touched by God, we forsake the old habits and our hearts are transformed by the renewal of our minds and we walk in obedience of God. Romans 12:2 remind us that “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect”. Ephesians 4:24 also reminds us that we have to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Every person in this world is helping to lead their friends either to Heaven or to Hell. Hence we must always be open to listen to the voice of God without doubt ,close minds or neglecting. Godly relationships matters because they are like light shining in a dark place, or like salt (Matthew 5:13-16) which lead others towards righteousness path. There are many examples God can use other stranger to influence our life in Godlier ways, they might pray for you and encourage you to walk with God but we tend to follow what our flesh wants rather than what God wants. God works in mysterious ways and you might be surprised what He’ll use to get His messages to you. Our influence will live on even after we are gone out of this world. Now I ask you this question what type of people are influencing you? And how are they influencing you? Conclusion: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12 Category: General Christian Articles Tags: Strangers who touch your life by Gods word
